Refund Policy
Last updated: 2 July 2026
Plain-English explanation of when refunds apply, plus your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
1. Treasure Pass (24 hours)
The Treasure Pass is a digital service delivered immediately. Once you've used a premium scan (i.e. unlocked a valuation), you've used the service and the 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations no longer applies.
If you bought a pass but have not yet used any premium scan, email us within 14 days for a full refund.
2. Ultimate — Monthly
- You can cancel at any time; cancelling stops future renewal and access continues until the end of the current paid billing period.
- If you cancel within 14 days of the first payment and haven't used premium features, email us for a full refund.
3. Platinum — Annual
- You can cancel at any time; cancelling stops future renewal and access continues until the end of the current paid period.
- If you cancel within 14 days of the first payment and haven't used premium features, you're entitled to a full refund.
- After 14 days, we may offer a pro-rated refund of the unused months at our discretion — email us to ask.
4. Purchases made in our iOS or Android app
In-app purchases are billed by Apple or Google, in your own storefront currency. Subscriptions are managed or cancelled through your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings, and refund requests for those purchases are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their refund policies.
5. Faulty service
If the service doesn't work as described (e.g. extended outage, billing error), you're entitled to a refund or remedy under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Contact us and we'll fix it.
6. How to request a refund
Email hello@treasurescout.co.uk from the address on your account, with your order date and reason. We'll respond within 5 working days and refunds are usually back on your card within 5–10 days of approval.
7. Chargebacks
If you have a billing dispute, please contact us first — chargebacks are slow for everyone and we'd rather just sort it out.
